By creating an account, accessing, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

FNCTN INC. provides software-as-a-service products including:

• Weavz.io -integration infrastructure for AI agents, providing pre-built integrations, hosted OAuth, and MCP servers
• Agentec.io -an agent operating system for deploying, orchestrating, and managing AI agents and copilots

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without our written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are the exclusive property of FNCTN INC. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of any data, text, files, or other content you submit through the Services ("Your Content"). By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Services. We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

7. Payment and Billing

Certain Services may require payment. Fees are described on the applicable product's pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to allow you to export Your Content before deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FNCTN INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FNCTN INC. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications to Terms
